I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you, thank you, thank you. This software is amazing. This is exactly what I have been looking for to help my eBay sales. My conversion rate has increased and I only started using Feedback Analyzer Pro two days ago. I have been quite prudent to check out sellers About Me page and Feedback scores but this is very time extensive. Not any more thanks to this fantastic product. Keep up the good work David!
